Right of Withdrawal

This document explains the consumer right of withdrawal for credit-pack purchases on the Jutusta website (jutusta.ee). The Service is provided by Next Interaction OÜ, registry code 14100426, Villardi 32-14, Tallinn 10142, Estonia.

1. Who this applies to

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers within the meaning of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act — i.e. natural persons concluding a contract for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. The right does not apply to legal entities or to sole traders purchasing in the course of their business.

2. Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day after the credit pack has been successfully delivered (i.e. on the day after the credits are added to your account). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

3. Credits as digital content

Credit packs are digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium and made available immediately after payment is received (credits are added to your account automatically). Credits can be used from the moment of purchase.

For the avoidance of doubt: under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal may be lost for digital content where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights. Notwithstanding this, we offer the more favourable terms described below: you may always withdraw within 14 days in respect of unused credits.

4. What is refunded on withdrawal

On withdrawal we refund the value of the unused portion of the credit pack pro rata against the pack price. The calculation is:

• we determine how many credits from the pack remain unused at the time of withdrawal (any signup-bonus or promotional credits not tied to a paid purchase are excluded from the calculation);
• we calculate the refund: refund = pack price × (unused credits ÷ total credits in pack);
• the portion of credits already consumed (i.e. credits charged against successful AI operations) is not refunded, because the service has, to that extent, already been performed with your prior express consent.

5. How to exercise the right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw by email to info [ät] jutusta [punkt] ee . You may use the standard withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Please include at least:

• your first and last name;
• the order number (from your purchase confirmation or billing history);
• date of purchase;
• the email address associated with your account;
• a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

We will acknowledge receipt of your statement and process the withdrawal within 14 days at the latest.

6. Refund procedure

We will refund the amount due no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal statement. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction (e.g. bank account for bank-link payments, card for card payments), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and provided that it does not cause you any additional cost.

At the same time as the refund is processed, we will revoke the unused credits corresponding to the refunded amount from your account.

7. Exceptions and limitations

• Credits granted free of charge (e.g. the signup bonus or promotional credits) are not refundable, as no monetary payment has been made in respect of them.
• Credits already consumed (i.e. those charged against a successful AI operation — speech recognition, text-to-speech, translation, denoising, summary, etc.) are not refundable.
• If the right of withdrawal appears to be exercised abusively (e.g. repeated purchase and withdrawal cycles intended to use the service indefinitely without payment), we reserve the right to block further purchases.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If the service does not conform to the contract (for example credits do not appear in your account or an AI feature is unavailable), you have the right under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 218 et seq. to require remedy or repayment. Send complaints to info [ät] jutusta [punkt] ee .

9. Dispute resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute through negotiation, you as a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia) or to the courts. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

The form below is provided for your convenience. Using it is not mandatory — any clear written statement of withdrawal is sufficient.
